Wow, never heard of them before! SEAT, and therefore FIAT-based! Mostly the FIAT 600 and FIAT 850, looks like!

Seems Siata was bought up by Ebro at some point!

Well, what happened was that Siata went out of business in 1972, but their Minivan design continued to be built by various companies for several years after the fact. One of those companies was Ebro.
